Paluszki ziemniaczane - Potato dumplings

- Potato dumplings- finger shaped dumplings made with boiled potatoes, flour and eggs

Put potato dumplings into boiling salted water. Stir and wait till they flow, then strain. You can serve potato dumplings with fried onion or pork scratchings. You can also serve them with different sauces ( meat or mushroom sauces).
Another way of serving potato dumplings is to fry them using butter until they become gold colour and crunchy.
